We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it in accordance with Indian data protection laws.

Data Collected

Depending on the features made available to an authorised user, NeuroHue may process the following information:

• Account and identification information: Name, email address, phone number, account identifier, and information required to authenticate and manage an institutionally provisioned account.

• Device and technical information: Information reasonably required for security, authentication, service reliability, troubleshooting, and normal operation of the platform, which may include IP address, device or operating-system information, application version, and technical logs.

• Programme-related information: Information associated with the participating institution, including schedules, assigned learning activities, activity completion information, progress information entered or maintained by authorised institutional staff, and related programme information.

• Daily Check-In information: Structured responses voluntarily submitted by a parent or caregiver through the application. Depending on the questions made available, these responses may include routine wellbeing or other information relevant to the participating institution's programme.

• Activity information: Where applicable, information generated through interaction with institution-assigned learning activities, such as activity participation, completion status, session information, responses, scores, or similar interaction information required to operate the assigned activity and provide progress information.

Additional information or media is collected only when a relevant NeuroHue feature explicitly provides for it and the authorised user intentionally supplies that information.

Purpose of Data Collection

NeuroHue processes information as necessary to:

• Authenticate users and provide access to already-provisioned accounts.

• Display schedules, programme information, progress information, and learning activities assigned or made available by the participating institution.

• Allow parents and caregivers to submit structured Daily Check-In responses and other information made available to authorised staff or professionals of the participating institution.

• Record participation, responses, completion information, and progress associated with assigned learning activities where applicable.

• Allow participating institutions and authorised users to administer the services available through their NeuroHue account.

• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the reliability and normal operation of NeuroHue services.

• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Certain separately provided institutional or web-platform features may use additional processing where expressly enabled and disclosed. Such features are separate from the ordinary parent/caregiver iOS companion workflow unless specifically made available within that workflow.

Consent & Rights

• Parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory for children below 18 years.

• You have the right to request access to your data, seek rectification, request deletion, or object to processing.

• To exercise these rights, contact our grievance officer with a valid ID and registered email.

Account Access and Provisioning

NeuroHue does not provide account registration, account creation, or self-service sign-up within the iOS application.

Access to the iOS application is provisioned outside the application by a participating institution or professional for users who are already connected with them, in accordance with applicable institutional policies and legal requirements.

The iOS application allows an already-provisioned parent or caregiver to sign in and access the information and activities made available to their account.

Parents, caregivers, and children do not independently create or register accounts through the NeuroHue iOS application.

For questions regarding account access, access permissions, correction of account information, discontinuation of access, or applicable privacy rights, users may contact their participating institution or NeuroHue at contact@neurohue.world.

Data Sharing

Information associated with an authorised family account may be made available to authorised staff or professionals of the participating institution that provisioned or manages the account.

This may include information submitted through the parent/caregiver application, such as Daily Check-In responses, programme information, and participation or completion information associated with institution-assigned learning activities.

Access to institutional information is role-based and restricted to authorised users associated with the relevant participating institution, subject to the permissions applicable to their account.

NeuroHue may also use service providers that process information on its behalf where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support NeuroHue services.

NeuroHue does not sell identifiable parent, caregiver, or child information to advertisers or data brokers.

Aggregated or appropriately de-identified information may be used or disclosed where permitted by applicable law, including for service improvement, analytics, research, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Institutional Payment Processing

Payment processing described in this section relates to applicable institutional transactions conducted outside the NeuroHue iOS parent/caregiver companion application.

The NeuroHue iOS application does not provide parents or caregivers with subscription selection, upgrades, purchasing functionality, or payment processing.

Where an institutional transaction is processed through an authorised payment service provider such as Razorpay, information necessary to complete the transaction — which may include payer details, transaction amount, payment method, and payment status — may be processed by that payment provider for payment processing, security, fraud prevention, and regulatory purposes.

NeuroHue does not directly store complete card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

Security & Storage

• Role-based data access, secure login protocols, session timeouts, and automatic logout mechanisms

• Data is encrypted and stored in secure servers physically located in India

• We follow security best practices aligned with Indian CERT-IN and MeitY standards
