At NeuroHue Therapeutics, we are committed to transparency and satisfaction. The following policy outlines conditions for refunds and cancellations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applies to all NeuroHue services and subscriptions.

** You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• No therapy activity (sessions, exercises, or reports) has been accessed or generated within 3 calendar days of subscription activation.

• The subscription was purchased directly through a verified CDC Manager or authorized NeuroHue payment portal.

** Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Any service element (child registration, AI insights, logs, or therapy content) has been accessed or used.

• Refund requests are made after 3 calendar days from activation.

• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or perceived outcomes.

• Services availed through promotional offers or trial versions.

• All refund requests must be initiated via your registered CDC Manager.

• The request must include: child's registered name, subscription reference number, and refund reason.

• Eligibility and usage status will be verified within 5–7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, or bank).

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once completed.
