At NeuroHue Therapeutics, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our AI-supported therapy platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • No therapy activity (assigned sessions, exercises, reports) has been accessed, generated, or viewed within 3 calendar days from the date of subscription activation.
  • Your subscription was purchased directly through a verified CDC Manager or via an authorized NeuroHue payment portal.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Any part of the service—such as child registration, AI-generated insights, session logs, or therapy content—has been accessed or utilized.
  • The refund request is made after 3 calendar days from subscription activation.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or interpretation of therapy outcomes.
  • Services accessed via promotional campaigns or trial versions.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • All refund requests must be initiated through your registered CDC Manager.
  • The request must include:
    • Child's registered name
    • Subscription date and reference number
    • Reason for the refund
  • NeuroHue's support team will verify eligibility and usage status within 5–7 Indian business days.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original source account used during the transaction (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).
  • Refunds will be credited within 7 business days of approval confirmation.
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the transaction is completed.
