Digital Service Delivery

Following successful payment and completion of any applicable account, clinic, onboarding or user activation requirements, eligible digital access is provided electronically through the NeuroHue platform or through the participating child-development centre, as applicable.

Delivery Timeline

Where no additional onboarding or verification is required, eligible digital access is ordinarily made available immediately or within one business day after successful payment.

Where access requires plan confirmation, onboarding, clinic activation or action by an authorised user, access will be provided following completion of that process.

Physical Shipping

NeuroHue subscriptions do not ordinarily involve shipment of physical goods.
