Data may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary to provide platform services, including payment processing, subject to applicable safeguards. Data may be shared in genuinely de-identified, non-re-identifiable form for research, or with authorities where legally required. Any use of individual case material for research or illustration is undertaken only with specific, informed consent.
Security Measures: Encryption in transit and at rest, secure Indian server storage, role-based access, and automatic logouts.
User Rights: You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data via your CDC Manager or the official grievance email. Requests are honored as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.
Parental Consent: Verifiable parental consent is mandatory for children under 18. Withdrawal of consent leads to suspension of activity and erasure or de-identification of the child's personal data in accordance with the data principal's rights and applicable law.
