User Agreement&Policy
This User Agreement governs your use of the NeuroHue platform and includes separate terms for CDC Managers, Therapists, and Parents/Guardians, along with comprehensive global policies applicable to all users.
TERMS FOR CDC MANAGERS
1. Role & Responsibilities
- CDC Managers can register and manage therapists, parents, and children.
- Serve as the point of contact for parents within their designated CDC.
- Monitor child progress, manage subscriptions, and schedule appointments.
2. Data Rights & Ownership
- All user-generated data (activity logs, therapy reports, AI predictions) is the exclusive property of the Company.
- CDC Managers do not hold any ownership rights over this data.
3. Restrictions
- Cannot access other CDCs' data.
- Cannot delete or alter AI-generated reports.
- Cannot export or repurpose user data externally.
4. Privacy, Security, and Consent
- Must maintain confidentiality of all users.
- Ensure parental consent is collected and retained for all children registered under the age of 18.
5. Subscription & Payments
- CDC Managers may manage subscriptions via an integrated payment gateway.
- Subscriptions are tied to individual children.
- Services and data access are locked when subscriptions expire.
6. Grievance & Support
- Act as the first-level support contact for all assigned parents.
- Coordinate with the Company for escalations or data-related queries.
TERMS FOR THERAPISTS
1. Role & Responsibilities
- Therapists are responsible for assigning therapy activities to children.
- Review parent-submitted questionnaires and home therapy logs.
- Conduct live or logged therapy sessions and input observational notes.
2. Data Management
- All session logs, activity data, and reports are system-generated and owned by the Company.
- Therapists may annotate and add comments to reports but cannot delete historical data.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of all child data accessed.
- Cannot access children not assigned to them.
4. Platform Access
- Therapists can view AI predictions and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- They cannot register new users or manage subscriptions.
5. Professional Standards
- Therapists agree to use the platform in accordance with professional conduct and therapy ethics.
- Misuse of AI-generated suggestions or falsifying therapy logs may result in account suspension.
6. Communication
- All communication with parents is visible to CDC Managers.
- Therapists must use in-app notes or scheduled appointments to guide parents.
TERMS FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS
1. Scope of Use
- View assigned child's therapy progress, AI reports, and therapist notes.
- Conduct therapist-assigned home therapy.
- Submit daily behavioral and activity questionnaires.
2. Consent for Minors
- By using this app, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of the registered child.
- Consent is required under the DPDP Act, 2023 for data collection and processing.
3. Data Access & Visibility
- You will only see data for your registered child.
- You cannot modify therapy content, AI reports, or therapist-assigned levels.
4. Subscription & Renewals
- Your child's access to therapy and reports is linked to an active subscription.
- Subscription renewals must be handled via your CDC Manager.
5. Daily Engagement & Reports
- Use the daily questionnaire and home therapy tools consistently for accurate AI-generated insights.
- Weekly simplified parent reports will be provided.
GLOBAL POLICIES
1. Privacy Policy (IT Act & DPDP Act, 2023)
Data Collected
- Name, email, phone, device info, therapy logs, child activity data, questionnaire responses, optional voice samples.
Use of Data
- For therapy personalization, AI predictions, report generation, appointment forecasting.
Data Sharing
- No commercial third-party sharing.
- May be shared in anonymized form with researchers or authorities if required.
Security Measures
- End-to-end encryption, secure Indian server storage, role-based access, and automatic logouts.
User Rights
- Request data access, correction, or deletion via CDC Manager or official grievance email.
Parental Consent
- Mandatory for children under 18. Withdrawal of consent leads to anonymization and suspension of activity.
2. Terms of Service (IT Act, 2000 & Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
- Access is restricted to authorized CDC, therapists, and verified parents.
- Content such as therapy activities, reports, and AI outcomes are proprietary.
- Misuse, impersonation, or breach of platform boundaries will lead to suspension.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
- Allowed only if no therapy or report is generated within 3 days of subscription.
- No partial refunds once activities begin.
Request Procedure
- Parents must contact their CDC Manager for refund processing.
- Processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Child Safety & Parental Consent Policy (DPDP & POCSO Act)
- The app contains no harmful or suggestive content.
- Children are never contacted directly.
- All data collected about children is under parental oversight and therapist control.

6. Data Storage & Localization (DPDP Act & RBI Guidelines)
- All personal data is stored in India.
- Anonymized backups may be stored on secondary secure servers for reliability.
- Data retention period is 7 years after account inactivity.
- Compliant with Indian data localization and financial transaction rules.
⚖ Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Trivandrum, India.
By using the NeuroHue platform, all users (CDC Managers, Therapists, Parents) agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined above.
